When you submit a beta application, we collect your name, email address, company name, role, and a description of the business problem you would like to diagnose. We use this information solely to evaluate your application and follow up with you about the TrueCause Diagnostics beta programme.
Your application details are used to assess fit for the beta and to contact you about next steps. We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
If you are accepted into the beta, any stakeholder interview data collected as part of a diagnostic is used exclusively to produce your diagnostic outputs. Before any diagnostic begins, we will provide a clear explanation of what data is collected, how it is stored, who can access it, and how long it is retained. No stakeholder interviews begin without explicit consent from your organisation.
Diagnostic data relates to business processes, workflows, systems, and handoffs. We do not collect personal or sensitive customer data as part of the diagnostic process.
Application submissions are transmitted securely and stored in accordance with standard industry practices. We use infrastructure-level security controls to protect data in transit and at rest.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at hello@truecause.co.za.
